Hi

I'm motorizing a TQ with a MEGA 2065 and of course Mobiflight ..
I have a problem with offsets, but reading endless forum pages on this topic. I found that I was putting the wrong Offset.

I set 0x8BE and 0x956. and MIN 0 MAX 255 $ 860/16384

while in theory the right ones are:

0x088C. and 0x0924. MIN -4096 MAX 16384

some say MIN: 0 MAX 20 480 $ 4096

in addition I noticed that once the tes were performed and then stopped the 20kg sevo remained in tension and the hard levers ... in fact in the end they broke ...

can someone help me to create a correct setting?

There are many different postings already, where i write pages over pages. And also other guys shared there knowledge.
There is a discussion about the correct Motor Typ ( Some like Steppers but it not work with current MF) .... Some use Servos.
I recommend DC Motors.

Also for Offsets there is written everything multiple times.....

If you just read the 2 lines of the Offset Discription you see that the negative Value is the Reverser Thrust Area.

Also the other questions are not verry logical....
0x8BE and 0x956 are EGT Offsets
These are EGT Offsets...."Exhaust gas temperature" .... So the temperature of the Air behind the Engine. Why do you like to use it for Motorised Throttle ?????

yesterday I read 18 pages of research on the topic many very old, but believe me that many do not make the case and others are not very clear to me ..
In addition I use P3d + prosim737 with a MIP (real cabin of a 737) unlike many who write here ..

you're right I asked many but as you can see I'm still here asking this because many don't know how to give an answer, maybe even why. not everyone knows how to do it ... many terms translated into Italian are not very clear or / and different.

my project is to motorize a non-motorized TQ, with servomotors, as installing the motors would complicate the structure of the TQ too much.

Regarding the offsets, initially I did not understand how they were configured then reading the various posts I understood how it works ... as well as finding the file where you can find all the FSUIPC OFFSETs. which I am attaching here.

these are the OffSet settings:

Throttle 1 0x088C from –4096 to +16384
Throttle 2 0x0924 from –4096 to +16384

Spoilers arm 0x0BCC 4 (0 = off, 1 = arm for auto deployment)
Spoilers control 0x0BD0, 0 off, 4800 arm, then 5620 (7%) to 16383
(100% fully deployed).
The 4800 value is set by arming. Values from 0 to somewhere
close to, but below, 4800 do nothing. The percentage extension
is the proportion of the distance in the range 4800 to 16383, even
though values 4800 to 5619 cannot be used — 7% seems to be the
minimum.

For the servomotors I used an Arduino MEGA 2560 rev3 board. regarding the wiring there are many schools of thought, each one thinks differently but in the end the best solution is this in the image as the USB delivers only 500mv at most and the 3 servos would not work correctly, also fatiguing the MEGA.

While for the 10k potentiometers, connected to each lever of the TQ. they are connected to a Leobodnard bu836-lc board:

Your on the right way.... But your problem is that some basic knowledge is still not gained.

For example.... Why do you look for special ProSim Guides ?
A Throttle uses Axis information. Its no mater if you use ProSim or Stock P3D Mooney.... Expect maybe a special "Connect" Offset for the AT Motor there is no difference.

Also for example the fact that your offset starting in a negative range (Reverser) . This situation is explaned in other topics. You not need a specific guide for a ProSim. This Values are the same for every aircraft and sim !

Also a good idea is DISCORD.
There are USers ( also italians) who have knowledge and can talk to you.
And you can gain there a lots of experiece about the used Hardware and mechanics.

You see the problem is always the same .... being able to make oneself understood between Italian and English ...

I never said that I take prosim as a reference for the servo configuration ... I only said that I use p3d + prosim stop
so let's put these two considerations aside

today i tried the spoiler setup ...

Problem is. I fully not speak italian expect "Buongiorno" and "Grazie"

So if your english is enough to talk together ( via Discord Voice) qwe can make a try.... You show me your screen.... And we try together to build one element like the speed brake!

If not.... Then te only way is to find a italien user who have the needed knowledge OR who can speak German/English and act as a translator between us.

After 3 weeks of intensive work to motor a TQ I finally succeeded.
It's a topic that has been covered by many people but no one has ever published the solution, I don't know if because they didn't succeed or because they kept it to themselves.
I chose to share it.
The main problem was to install the 3 servomotors for the 2 throttles and the SPD BRK inside a FlightSimPM TQ, the second and most difficult step was to connect the servomotors with an Arduino Mega board and configure it with Mobiflight + Prosim738.
It was not easy because there was a problem of blocking the servo as soon as it was connected to the MEGA, so it was necessary to add two relays that through a configuration on Mobiflight as if it were a led and on Prosim as if it were a solenoid you have the disconnection of the servomotor from the 5v or from the signal, being able to move the throttle lever in manual mode.
