Hi Samiel,

welcome to MobiFlight!

Sorry, but when clicking your pictures there comes always an advertising page.

From your description I gather that you take the same value for both On Press and ON Release. That makes no sense, because you turn it on the parking brake permanently.
This first, in principle.
To help you, we need some information: Which version of Windows? Which sim do you use? Which addon or only standard? Which MobiFlight version? Which controller (Mega or UNO)?

It's great that you thought of screenshots, but unfortunately only one page comes with Cyrillic script when clicking.

Have you ever thought, under "Tools" -> "Settings" to enable logging and set the level to debug?
Mobiflight then already gives important clues about what is and is not recognized in actions.
You can see the logging in the main window of MobiFlight in the lower area. Click there with the mouse and control with the cursor keys.

Hi Samiel,

thanks for input and the new Pictures. These were much more better ;)

That the "use preset" line is empty after you have pressed "use" that is quite normal. MF shows you the preset and after you pressed "use" MF take the specific values into the base settings. You have only to add the value manually.
On the Release-Tab you have to do the same things but as value you take the oposite value of 1 - that is the 0.

If you had worked through the tutorial 1: 1, then you would have come to the same conclusion as everyone else.

It's not about working through the tutorial fast, it's about understanding and understanding the things that happen, step by step.

So I'd like to ask you to work through the tutorial again, until you can both set and release the parking brake.

If you do not understand something or get stuck, please describe the problem and we will try to help you.

Hi Samiel,

fine that you got the display.

If you had read the notes on the FSUIPC V4 / 5 offsets carefully, you would have noticed that at a frequency of 125.65 only 25.65 is displayed.
Your question should then have been: how do I get the missing 1 shown?
Then the answer would have been (because in fact this is not described in the tutorial):
FSUIPC transmits all frequencies without the missing (leading) 1. Of the 5 required numbers, as we know them in the Sim, must have a 1 in front. But how?

It is relatively easy.

In the MobiFlight main screen go to the corresponding config and at the end click on the area with the three dots. The wizard opens. Here you activate the tab FSUIPC. Now you see your config.

Interesting here is the line "Transform". This is still disabled.

Activate it. In the field is currently only "$". Add here now a "+10000", so that there is "$ + 10000". Close the wizard with OK and start MobiFlight. Now your missing 1 should be present. You should do this on all frequencies unless they are displayed correctly.

Another note about your wiring: So you do not have to rub several times in the cable colors eyes, you should get used to choosing the correct cable colors. GND or ground should always be wired with the cable color black (brown goes too). Vcc or Plus should always be red. Then it makes it easier for a stranger to get used to your cable colors. The signal lines can be of any color.

Another note, if you want to concatenate several displays (Keyword: Daisy Chain): Please loop through only the 4 lines GND, DIN, CS, CLK. Connect Vcc to each board individually. The reason you can read here in the forum, by looking for MAX7219.

Good luck!

Thank you so much! And one last question i hope, how can i connect my LCD display 16x2 to MF?
It's just blue screen, what port i need to use?
I tried adjust brightness, contrast. Nothing happens.Only white squares

I did from this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ja0tvTbaEnI
Used same pins. But i did only for COM1 and COM1 stby (because i have only 2 string)

Hi Samiel,

we have a tutorial in this forum.

https://www.mobiflight.com/forum/topic/838.html

It's in german, but you can translate the text with google-translator into your prefered language ;)

Main Problem should be the adress of your display. You have to find out the right one. There are a lot of sketches in the internet to find it out.

Hi Samuel:

Do a check first of all:

The I2C interface has a blue potentiometer, turn this all to one side until you see some white squares on the screen on the blue background, and see if there is something that you want to show, and if it makes way for step - step you go turning to the opposite so that the squares disappear and only the values to show remain.

If this does not work, you should check the physical address of the I2C. Look at this post:

Hi Samiel 73.... Welcome to Mobiflight !

At first.... Please try to use the Forum Search..... Read Topics here or use Google.
We always want to help all users with there problems, but your questions till now are all awnserd multiple time already !
If you find nothing.... Still ask and we help.... BUT Please try to search for information FIRST before you ask . Thank You !

****

About the LCD Display Problem....

You simply use WRONG Pins !
On Your Picture i see you use a MEGA and set your Display in Pin A14 and A15 Thats wrong.
(Maby you confused about the shematic of a Arduino UNO ( There correct Pins are A4 and A5 on simmular downright side of Controller)

Solution: Use the correct Mega IC2 Pins.... Pin 20 (SDA) and Pin 21 (SCL)
Good Luck !
