The First Issue is typical if you use a different Mega for a Config as you use while you make the Config.
Even if your NOW used Mega include the SAME Devices... Mobiflight see that for the Config a Other Mega was used.... So it ask you if you like to use the current MEGA for the Config instead of the Original one.

Maby Sebastian can give you here more Information.... I Think it should be possible to prevent this via deleting some information in the MCC File... Or Maby Direct in the Settings with a "Save AS" finaly.

The Second Problem looks strange.
I Just got this when i do testruns and start Mobiflight after i change some Configs..... But in a Finisehd File this should not happen.
I don´t think this is a hardware issue.

Can You Confirm this happens EVERY TIME you Startup Mobiflight and the Sim ??

Solutuin. Please try to make a "Test" Run before you push the "RUN" Button in Mobiflight.
Normaly this should be get shure that every Config is executed first time.

Here, too a little comment from Sebastian would be helpfull !
