Anyone been able to get the current airspeed to work . I have tried 0x.02c4 with no results. I do not understand the Options "transform " box .Is there a number I would have to put in there.

Thanks

Hi Ken

At first please tell us WHAT exactly you want to read out....

02c4 is listed as "barber pole Airspeed" As i know this is hte Red/White Maximum Indicator for the Maximum Speed in current Altitude.
(I´m pretty shure THIS is not what you need )

If you need the current IAS Speed use 02BC
For True Air Speed use 02B8
for Grd. Speed use 02B4

For AP Speed Setting use 07E2 or 07E8

You see there are more then 10 different Speed Offsets..... Tell us WHAT you need.
Additional: Tell us WHAT Aircraft.... AddOns like PMDG use different Offsets as the Standard Aircrafts !

*****
to the Transform....

Some Offsets are suported in the correct form.... then it´s OK. But other offsets are different....
For Example....
iconQuote:

Offset: 02BC....... Size in Byte:4 ............IAS: Indicated Air Speed, as knots * 128 Ok-SimC ?-SimC

This Mean.... The value of the Offset is current IAS in Knots multiply with 128
A Speed of 100 knots is a value of 12800 ...... To get the correct value to your display you need to use transform field and make for example $/128
means... Current value dividied thorug 128. $/128 ..... Result is the real speed in knots.

Please always look at the notes in the FSUIPC List !
Good Luck !

in regards to the current airspeed the transform $/128 worked excellent. The airspeed is very accurate.

Thanks for the help. It took a while but I finally got it.
