I have a servo set as the APU EGT needle for the PMDG 737 NGX and it appears to be working fine, except........in reverse.

Is there a simple way to reverse the direction of travel for the servo?

Cheers

Hi Graham.

Yes it is....

Please work with the Interpolation Tab....

I don´t know your settings in your config.... What entry is set for Servo Value ??

But Simple Example.... If you use a Value from 0-1000 and set this for the MIn/Max then use interpolation and set....
0 = 1000 ..... 1000= 0
Then Mobiflight calculates the Value reversed.

Hope this helps !
Good Luck !

Thanks Pizman......The APU_EGT gauge now works like a charm, so..........I thought I'd also get the Duct Pressure, Fuel Temp and Air Temperature working, but I'm having problems with the parameters. I've tried using Min = 0 with Max set at both 255 and 16383, but neither seem to give the correct display. At present, onscreen the duct pressure is about 9, but my gauge is on a little less than 40??

The Mobiflight Connector has the FSUIPC values fluctuating around the six figure mark...ie. 136000.78 or the like....

Any thoughts appreciated.

Cheers

Sorry i can´t help you direct.... First i never use Servos and will build all gauges with steppers ( i think this is much easier) But that is not the problem..... AND i not remember all PMDG Gauges i still test a long time ago,

To help you i need a detailed problem report... What Display... What Offset... What used Settings.... So i can reproduce.

But basicly.... Please check if your gauge is linear or not linear..... for Example the "Flaps gauge" is NON Linear.... the value is from 1-40
1 for Flaps 1 5 for Flaps 5 and so on.... BUT the Gauge is not a linear 1-40 Range... Here for example the way from 0-5 is maby same range like the way from 5-25
.

For NON Linear Gauges you need again the Interpolation..... But Now you not only set the start and end Point to reverse the value.... Now you need to set for every shown single Position the correct Offset value.
For example again the Flaps gauge.... here you need to define for every postion ( 0,1,2,5,,10 15,25,30,40) the correct value of the Motor. This is a little tricky at all!
