OK figured it out! the newest version doesn't play nice with non-msfs commands when running. so if you run mulitple programs like i do then you need separate profiles so it isn't trying to connect to msfs!

I have tried everything including forcing true in the offline mode in config file and I can not get it to work. The option is gone in settings. I’ve even uninstalled it all and tried to reload a previous version, 9.6/9.5/9.4 and none of them show offline anymore when I click on settings.
Am I missing something somewhere? I’m just trying to send vjoy commands like the old ways.
