Hi

I have an interesting issue with displays. I have built a full 737 simulator using X-Plane v11.5. I use Mobiflight for my X-Plane interface and fly the Zibo version of the 737.

I have been using Mobiflight 9.6, 9.7 and 9.71 and they all exhibit the same issue. When I hit run in Mobiflight connector, some displays such as the pedestal displays show the correct readings for Comm, Nav and ADF frequencies. These readings are identical in the Connector Output Config screen, eg COM1 Flightsim value is 126805 and the Output value is 126805.

However, if I look at the displays on the MCP or the Overhead they read 0. If I examine the Connector Output Config screen the Flight Sim Value is 0 and the output value is 0. By stopping and restarting the configuration I sometimes get the MCP displays reading correctly but then I stop and start again and they are reading 0 again.

I know that all of the displays in the system are working from a hardware point of view. I therefore changed the aircraft from the Zibo 737X to the default 737. The same problem ocurred.

The other issue I have come across which may or may not be related is that with all Mobiflight 9.6, 9.7 and 9.71, when I start the application it always finds at least 1 if not more Arduinos with the wrong firmware, even though I know they are up to date with the particular version of Mobiflight.

Has anyone come across this issue.

Cheers Mike

Hi

I think you talk maybe about 2 different things.

1. Firmware.

We know we have still problems with some Arduinos.
If you upload Firmware and board work fine but after restart its unknown this is a Bug.
Maybe your Cables are bad. (Mostly the reason) or a other issue happen.
So THIS is one thing we can take care.

The other is your Problem with the "0" Reading.
Here i expect a issue in the config.

If "Sim Value" is "0" then its correct MF also show "0" on the Display.
Means.... You have wrong Data Source ( E.g. Wrong Offset, Dataref etc.... Or you have a non working sim Connection.

E.g. If HEADING is in Sim 123 but your "Sim Value" is "0" then HERE must be the issue !
Good Luck !

Thanks. I have been working through the issue with Sebastian on Discord. We have found a funny to do with numbers of configurations which he is investigating.
