Hi All,

I'm a newbie and probably asking a dumb question here. I'm running X-plane12 and attempting to get off the ground with the sim dataref outputs.

While configuring the prop_speed_rpm output dataref example, I noticed that it is actually a list of 16 individual float values. I can clearly see the dataref tool outputting the prom RPM in the 0 of 16 location. All others are pegged at zero. And, Mobiflight is outputting 0 regardless of the actual RPM.

The dataref tool looks like this for RPM value:
[711.3664,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0]

The only number I care about is the 711.3664 which is the actual RPM's (at that instant).

But, Mobiflight is indicating Flight Sim Value of 0 and Output Value of 0 for this. I suspect that some type of transformation is required to "grab" the zero-eth number out of the comma separated list. However, I have no idea how to do this or if I'm barking up the wrong tree, etc. I have not found other examples of how to deal with this anywhere, so I'm perplexed. Perhaps this is unique to XPlane-12 and nobody has run into this new type of dataref??
