Hi, I'm new to MobiFlight and would like to use my keyboard for functions.
Exemple: activate SeatBelts with the R key on the keyboard, but in MobiFlight only my joystick appears to assign the shortcut. can someone tell me if this is possible?

Correct. This is not possible !

MF was build to avoid users to use a kexboard anymore. So its not really logical to allow a Keyboard Key as a Input..... Simply define the funtion within the sim ( that use Keyboard Inputs already)

For sure.... I understand its usefull if a user like to handle a special command (RPN Code e.g.) that is not possible within the Sim Controlls.... But as i said.... Number of people who plan to use a Keyboard with MF are less then 1% !

Solution:
Make a Request on our Discord. If enough people vote for this maybe Sebastian think about to implement.
Else.... Simply Build a Box with 20 Buttons and a Arduino (Less then 20$ and no big skills needed) and set your inputs onto it via MF.

Last alternate.... USe FSUIPC as Payware Version .
There you can use Keypress and set a individual Command like RPN onto it.
