Hi

If LED work fine while TEST but not while RUN then we know electrical all is fine.

Two Possible Issues.

1. Wrong Settings.
E.g. No Active Checkmark in the Configs
Wrong LED selected

2. Wrong Offsets.
Are you sure the used Offsets are working for the used Aircraft ?

Solution:
Make a simple Test..... Use a Stock Aircraft of P3D (Mooney e.g.) and make a Output config for the Parking Brake.
If this work, you know all is fine and the issue must be Point 1 or 2
Good Luck !
