I launched Mobiflight and I used it. It works. But any time I switch it off, I cannot restart it. The only solution I found is to run again the install program. Then it starts. But the functions I programmed into the Arduino do not execute. I thought that once the Arduino has been programmed, it restarts automatically at power On, or upon a hardware reset. It's not the case.
Where is the trick ?

Hi Jean-Paul,

welcome to MobiFlight!

There is no trick. MobiFlight installs itsself in that folder you run the installer program. You have to look for the program name MFConnector.exe.

You devices should be saved in a *.mfmc file in the same folder, if you have done it and you configs for the devices should be in an *.mmc file in the same folder unless you have saved it in another location. So look for these files and have fun.

Just a little note....

if you try to run the installler within a windows secured folder ( specially also the official download folder) this things can happen.
MF is installed /unpack there and you work with it. But your Settings could not be saved in case /downlaod is a secured folder.

We recommend.

Download MF installer from Webside....
Move it to a own folder....
e.g. c:/Mobiflight or on a other HDD like d:/mobi

Then Run it

MF will be installed THERE !
For second time run MF you need to click on the MF Connector.exe ( instead of the installer.exe cause its already installed )
Good Luck !

Vielen Dank !
I moved the .exe in the C:\Programmes(x86)\Mobiflight\ and I could launch the MFConnector programme. That's OK.
For the files that are produced by MFConnector, I cannot see them in the same folder (and nowhere else neither !) . They do not appear in the file explorer, although display of the hidden files is allowed. But the Arduino responds well, and it does what I programmed. So alles i.o., exepted that I cannot see the config files of my device.

At first.... Also /programmfiles is no good idea.

basically this work but those are Windows secured folders.... means there can problems if you run without Admin rights.

I recommend as written above.... Install all software in a own free folder like c:/Folderrname.
Most save way is to install everything on a own HDD like d: Then you get never in conflict and the main Drive c: is used only by windows itself.... this also gives best perfomance !

About Problem:

MCC Files and also MFMC Files are saved via the Dialog. So YOU choose at first save yourself a location for that file.
I can not tell you where you saved it.
Good Luck !
