I try to start my MobiFlight Connector with an Arduino UNO board that will NOT be accepted !

The Arduino UNO board works with no problems in the Auduino IDE though !

During startup a MsgBox is coming up in MobiFlight Connector and telling me that I need the latest Firmware.!!

Where do I get this Firmware and will it do the trick ?

Hi keldsor,

the trick is quite easy: connect your UNO to an USB connector of your pc and start MobiFlight.
Then go to the MobiFlight Modules and click it. You should now see your UNO as unnamed Module in the list.
Click it and the the right mouseebutton and chose "update Firmware".
After this has finished without an error you have assigned your first MF module. Here you can now assign devices you want to use.
When you finished the devices got to MF main screen and start to make the configs for you devices.
That's it. Have fun
Grüße,

Just to complete this....
Some Uno and Micros are a little problematic in case they use PIDVID Numbers that are also used for Megas. So our AutoUpdater struggle.
In that cases this "Handwork" is needed as i know.

My personal recommendation.... If you order new Boards, i would prefer Arduino Megas ( Or Mega Clones):
Those are much more comfortable as UNO/MIcro .... More Pins, More Ram, and normaly detected 100% automaticly.
Good Luck !
