Hi guys, i am super new to this. Just got a 3d printer as well and have very ambitious dream to build a home cockpit Toliss A321. I have already screwed up on my first 3d print and am now staring at it.

So, now coming to Xplane 11....
Its been a couple of days of youtube videos and reading ups but i am getting a little more confused on how to get stuffs working.

Firstly, i made a simple connection on my Arduino Mega with a Led Light. Led light works perfectly on a standard Brake light test.

Now, i intend to get it working to test the light on toliss A321. So, right infront of me, i have two files opened.
(*1) Smartcopilot.cfg
(*2 ) XPUIPCoffsets.cfg

Under (*1) i do see " # STD Controls
#sim/cockpit2/controls/parking_brake_ratio = 0 "

So, what do i do with the above line? Cut and paste on (*2) . If yes, where should it be pasted and what else do i need to edit in.

Another question is on DATAREF's and COMMANDS. Can anyone cite me an example using the above Standard brake functions. I have seen a particular writeup on mobiflight forum on the 2 but still cant find real life references/ documents/files etc for comparison

Any advice, leads much appreciated. Am a little slow learner.

Try to get in PM contact to a Toliss User..... Or to a Xplane User who have experience in edeting this CFG Files (Mostly the ZiboModB737 Guys are there)
Alternate.... Go to Cockpitbuilder Forums or to the Toliss Support Forums and try there to find guys who use XPUIPC for There Homecockpits.

Badly only a few users are here in Forum Active with this experience.
I will say most people simply swap meanwhile from xplane to FS2020 or P3D . And otherwise the most Xplane Homecockpits not use Mobiflight. they work still with SimVim.
It´s no secret that we support XPlane via the XPUIPC PlugIn.... But we know ourself that SimVim is much more comfortable in case it directly handle Datarefs and Commands without need to write the Code Lines in the CFG Files.

So ask yourself maybe a question....
Is the Sim a option or have you already decide for Xplane Finally ?
FS2020 is the future and also P3D is a good alternate..... Specially if you plan with Mobiflight then these two are much more comfortable.

If Xplane is the deal..... Then i will say also have a look on SimVim. But NOTE: SimVim is currently not compatible to FS2020 and will not be as i know.
So for a Future Swap to a other Sim.... MF is the better tool i think !
