How should we know what "Arma3" is ?? Not my work to google this in case of bad request without details ;)

About Question..... NO ..... Just in a rudimentary way

Outputs (LED, Indicators or so) definitly NO.....
Only if this Game would be supported by FSUIPC ( i think never ever) or if somebody would create a WASM API same way like for FS2020 (also not verry likely)

Inputs ... YES.... But not in the deep way we will do for FS2020 or other "real" Flightsims.
The only thing you can do.... Sending Keypresses OR Sending Joystick Actions via VJOY.
