Hi there, I see you've got 2 different Event IDs; 69834 and 69384. I'm thinking one of those might be a typo - which is correct for the Isolation Valve?

Yes.... Its a typo... Its 69834 only!

iconCaptain_Johnny:

I couldn't find an event ID to use in MobiFlight with my Arduino - is the above a Microsoft, or Asobo generic aircraft?

Nope... Its for PMDG Boing 737 (controlled via FSUIPC Events)

iconCaptain_Johnny:

Are the parameters 0=Close, 1=Auto, 2=Open ?

PMDG EventID use Parameters with numbers for all Switches that have two or more positions....
A simple ON-OFF switch normaly is 0=OFF 1= ON .
Multi Pos switches always start with 0 .... And are set from Up to down or Left to right however they are located in Cockpit.

****************
For FS2020 we normaly use Simconnect Inputs .... But with FSUIPC installed you can also use those old EventID there..... Just note. Mostly each Aircraft use different Events. Specially AddOns mostly have there own stuff !
Good Luck !

Thaks for that. Mmmm, as I don't have PMDG, I'll have to come up with something else for the Asobo acft - got my thinking cap on.

Just use the "Simconnect Fs2020 Inputs".

There you have a search mask.... At first check if your Aircraft you lika to use got a own category.... Sort by Puplisher, aircraft Typ and System/Part.

E.g. you like to use a C172 use it in the "Aircraft" Filter.... Then you see all available Stuff.

And as you expect.... By search for Asobo/Microsoft/Generic you find all the Events that are mostly working for the Stock FS2020 Stuff.
Good Luck !
