In case i not like those fu**ing Airbus  i not know the exactly functions of the marked Systems.

Your awnser is easy to find out by yourself.
Simply COUNT the needed things.....
Then CHECK the official Limits.
And Finaly COUNT the Pins you need.

LED is 40 per Board..... Button is 68 ..... Encoder = 10 .... 7 Seg is 4x8
LED got 1 Pin .... Button also 1 Pin .......Encoder 2 Pins ..... 7 Seg 3 Pins ( Per Chain)

NOTE:
If this are Dual Encoders you must count as 2 Encoders!
If the Encoder got a Push Button or a Pull/Push mechanic you must also calculate 1 or 2 Buttons additional.
If you not like to make Chains for the Display you must count 3 Pins for each Device/Chain you like to use.
And NOT miss to calculate the LED´s. Most of Buttons also need a LED!

On first view.... This should work with 1 Mega !
Good Luck !

Thanks for your kind reply. I guess I'm sorry I asked missing. I wanted to ask if 5V is enough for all of them.

Should be. There x8 led , then u can have x4 7segment displays . Connect 5v parallel to x4 displays or short the x4 diodes .
Or u can use x2 LCD for display .

I guess my problem is this isn't the volt thing. Actually my problem is "an unhandled exception has occurred in your application" error. I figured this out from the tests I've been doing for days. I've been getting this error ever since I installed MF. I'm running it like that, saying continue, okay. But finally I realized that the program will not work properly without fixing this error.

The latest version of MF is installed. The latest version of Ardiuno is also installed. I cleared everything and installed from scratch but the error is still the same. I even thought about formatting. Then it came to my mind. I installed everything from scratch on my friend's computer and got the same error again.

I've read dozens of topics about this error in the search section of the forum. None of them helped me.

pizman gave so many answers to this "" an unhandled exception has occurred in your application "topic that I was afraid to even ask.

I installed the buttons, encoders, leds, segments, cables and everything with my own hands. But this error caused a crash somewhere. Here I can't get over it

I write the error that comes below, but as I said, the same happens when I make a zero download to my friend's computer from the site. Operating systems are windows 10 and everything is up to date. Where does this error appear? Anytime, anywhere. It comes out when you press the setting at first and then press the arrow.

Intersting Bug. We got something ike this years ago.... But that was still fixed.

Just a little idea....

Please open the settings tab.... Go to the "Mobiflight Modules" Tab and check if the "Path to Arduino IDE" is correctly set .
Whatever this should not happen.... Maybe if this is empty and you close the settings tab that occure in that error.

Please report eyperience !
Good Luck !

Sorry, this is not a solution. Dear pizman. I tried this and many other things but still didn't. I've tried everything here https://www.mobiflight.com/forum/topic/5621.html?page=2

1- settings> mobiflight modules> arduino ide> did not work
2- settings> mobiflight modules> card was introduced> did not happen
3- settings> mobiflight modules> only a pin and a short name were given> didn't happen
4- settings> mobiflight modules> another card was tried> did not happen
5- Eeprom was made to the card> did not happen

But all this is not necessary anyway. If I go to the internet cafe right now. If I install the latest MF. If I open Settings and press ok it will give the same problem. If I adjust all the settings and press it, it will still give. Because I tried it on many computers. My opinion is this. https://www.mobiflight.com/forum/topic/5621.html?page=2 Same as here. related to the bug found by piotr66.

If you want, you can try it on another computer (windows 10, with the latest update).

I think the same as piotr66 on this issue. There is a bug in the program. Actually it didn't exist, but I think it came up with windows update or net update.

Thank you for sparing your precious time.

Hi, i see on your video you are using "Users" directory for installation.
In my experience i solved some compilation errors after installing both Arduino ide and Mobiflight at disk root like:
C:\Arduino
C:\Mobiflight
and also
C:\FSUIPC7
Or the same with D:\ instead of C:\
Good luck

pilota57, thank you so much for your time, but unfortunately I tried it before. Not working.

At least if someone using up-to-date windows 10 confirms that it runs smoothly, we'll continue on our way. But as I said, the same happens on other Windows 10 computers.

I had a similar problem where I could not start Mobiflight. I found that I had started a row when defining INPUTS and never finished it. The configuration file MF creates is an XML file (mine was located in my Documents dir). I noticed that the last “CONFIG” definition appeared incomplete. It had the beginning and ending tags but lacked most of the data between those lines. I used Notepad++ to edit the file, removed the malformed CONFIG lines <Config> to </Config>. After saving the file I was able to open MF again. I believe this is repeatable. Hope this helps.

By the way, Mobiflight Rocks!!! Awesome software!
