Hi, For gauges that need 2 needled directly on top of each other, what type of servo is used to do both needled?, e.g. 737 cabin pressure gauge?, i cant seem to find how these designs would work? is there a dual servo avaliable...I can seem to find one after various searches?

6C38 8 FLT32 x 2 AIR_DuctPressNeedle (2)

thanks, Steve

There exist no Dual Servo as i know. ( If it will exist it is pretty sure much to expensive for regulary cockpitbuilders :-) )

Those gauges ( also the Flaps) work technical like a DUAL Encoder. So they have 2 Shafts. A Inner and a outer shaft.
They have also 2 indipened Motors..... each controll one shaft.
The trick is design this with layers. Layer 1 is the frontplate. Layer 2 include the first motor and here the outer shaft is ending. Both connected together for example with 2 cogwheels.
The inner shaft is longer and go through this layer to the next..... In layer 3 the inner shaft ends and there is Motor 2.... Also with 2 Cogwheels connected together.

O other logic is to mount both Motor in one layer just with a little offset height .... Then the building get smaller and more compact. Here you must get sure the both shafts not touch each other for a smooth mechanic movement !

A good example is this..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEVdX6loGas
Good Luck !
