I tried to download 7.8.3 last night. McAfee detected a virus in the package. McAfee would not allow the down load to continue. Windows also had an issue with the Download. Windows told me that the software was not to be trusted because of low volume downloads. I told Windows that the software was trustworthy and to continue the process. That is where McAfee stepped in and shut the download off.

I did report to Windows that the software was trustworthy.

welcome to MobiFllight!

It's normal that you get these messages. I got them too.
You should tell McAfee to ignore this message or to let you the decision to install or not. Otherwise you can deactivate McAfee until the download and installation is done.

Thanks, I’ll try disabling McAffee for the install process. I hope it doesn’t pick it up in future scans.
