Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if someone could point out what I am doing wrong. I have lots of servo gauges in my config. But, every time I start mobiflight, the interpolation tick boxes are always unchecked. How do I save it so the settings are saved as always on.

The figures are still there, its just the check boxes are always selected off on restart?

I can't reproduce the issue with 7.1.3. Which version are you using?

Please explain exactly how to reproduce the problem step by step. Thanks!

This happens on all versions of mobiflight. I enter the interpolation settings for a servo. Select the check box, click save and all works fine until I close mobiflight. When I reopen mobiflight, the interpolation check boxes are always unticked and I have to select them all again each time I restart mobiflight.

First idea.... What do you mean with "click save" ??
Do you mean you confirm the Config and go back to Mobiflight by clicking the Button below the Config Screen ? OR do you mean you realy Save the hole Config by clicking SAVE (Locatet left of the Start,Test,Stop Button or you click to SAVE AS in the "File" Dropdown Menue ??
If the Config still workes at the moment but entrys are gone with next start it sounds that you NOT save the hole Config before you end Mobiflight itself.

Another Idea....
Where is youre Mobiflight Savefile located ?? Lots of Users take the standard Folder for FSX (c:/programmfiles/...) . But this Folder is scanned and controlled by Microsoft Windows. Applications are not allowed to change or save files there. If you try to save a Config there you do not get a Error warning, but the file isn´t saved. To provide this i install all FSX Stuff on a seperate HD or a partition.
Impaortant: Always run Mobiflight as Administrator !

Maby one of theses infos can help you already. If not please report.

MobiFlight should remind you about unsaved changes. As I said. I cannot reproduce it on my side. I wonder what the difference is on your side.

bei mir ist genau der gleiche Zinnober und die mobi-datei befindet sich nicht in c:\ irgendwas ............................

Hallo Harald,

da der Fehler nicht reproduzierbar war, konnte seitens Sebastian auch keine Lösung gefunden werden.
Auch wenn sich bei dir MF nicht auf der C-Patition befindet, solltest du MF als Administrator starten.

Wenn du sonst hier Beiträge liest, so sollte dir aufgefallen sein, daß sowohl die fragenden als auch die antwortenden User einen freundlichen Umgangston nutzen.
Bei deinem letzten Beitrag fühle ich mich ein wenig angepinkelt. Ist doch sonst auch nicht deine Art

BITTE wenn möglich keine Topics aus der Leichenhalle holen ! Uns allen ist sehr geholfen wenn ihr für ein akteulles Problem einen NEUEN Topic aufmacht... Das ist heute sicher nicht mehr reproduzierbar !

Zum Thema....
Ich dachte eigentlich das Problem der sich "selbst" ändernden Configs hätten wir im anderen Thema abgarbeitet und als Missverständnis abgestempelt.

Ich helfe immer gern.... Stephan sicherlich auch.... und Sebastian liest das Forum tagesaktuell ( Auch wenn er nicht wegen jeden Ding selber antwortet).
Meine Bitte an dich Harald.... Ich kann dir nur helfen wenn du mir genau sagst was das Problem ist und wie ich es reproduzieren soll..... Ohne das ich den Fehler selbst sehe kann ich unmöglich eine Lösung anbieten.

Aber ich sauge den Leuten nicht die Antworten aus der Nase....
Schick mir deine MCC Files ( Und die Device Files wenn es ein harware Problem ist) .... Sag mir WAS nicht geht.... WANN es nicht geht.... bzw Was passiert wenn du dies und jenes machst !
Bisher konnten wir "fast" jedes Problem lösen.... Um so schneller, desto mehr Infos von den Usern kommen !

I have problems reproducing the bug. That's what I do:

* Start MF
* Load Config (provided by pizman82)
* Edit "FLAPS" > Open Config Wizard
* Enable Interpolation Settings (Checkbox:Checked)
* Save changes and close Config Wizard
* Save file
* Close MF completely
* Start MF
* Config is loaded automatically
* Edit "FLAPS" > Open Config Wizard

Actual behavior:
* Interpolation is set to Active (Checkbox:Checked)

Described behavior in this thread:
* Interpolation is set to Not Active (Checkbox:Not Checked)

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong to reproduce the issue. Thank You!

Complete same Test situation..... Different result !

As i told in Email.... After Activate the Checkbox and SAVE the file i close Mobiflight, too.
Check of MCC script is ok.... The FALSE change into TRUE !
BUT
After Restart Mobiflight ( And correct Autoload of MCC file) The Checkbox in Flaps Config ( Edit-Open config Wizard) is NOT selected !

I will send the File with instructions to Stephan so we have a 3.rd Testing ground ! Maby i find time next days to make some experiments.

My answer via mail is out.

I can not confirm this kind of error.
I have saved with and without the hook and MF startet exactly with the saved configuration.

@Sebastian: May it be an other/older Version of a .net Framework extension? They may be different on a lot of PCs?
This is the only thing I think, which might be different on the computers.
