Hi fazli!

The yaw dumper is a switch in the Overhead Panel. Switched normally have no offset but an EventID ;)
So use the EventID 69695 from the PMDG 737NGX Custom EventIDs list.
Because it's a toggle switch, you can use the parameter 536870912 (LEFTSINGLE MOUSE) for PRESS and RELEASE.

If you don't have the lists for EventIDs and/or Offsets, drop me a note ( stephanho [ a t ] t-online.de ). I'll send them to you.

I find in google, the Offset 0x036E Int 1
Compass mode,
255 Steps / 2040,
Transform: $*(-1),
Work for me perfectly. I using stepper motor 5v.
