Hi Sebastian,

I just wanted to post up to say that this is a great project/peice of software and does exactly what I'm looking for and saves me having to write my own software for interfacing directly with FSUIPC and my A320 homecocpit that I'm building.

A couple of quick questions that I have though:-

1) Is there a limit to the number of Arduino Mega cards that can be connected/used by a single instance of MobiFlight? - Sorry, ignore that question, I just found the answer myself on the FAQ's page ;)
2) Given that it interfaces with FSUIPC I assume that as long as I'm running WideFS that I can run multiple instances of Mobiflight on seperate networked PC's?

Lastly, I'd like to offer my support as a C/C#/PHP developer (if you need it/have use for one), I'd be happy to help and contribute to the project in any way that I can... also going to send you a PayPal donation over too :D

Many thanks and please keep up the great work! - I'm sure that it's not just myself that truely appreciates the hardwork and effort that you and other developers(?) working on the project have put in!

Regards,
Bobby

MobiFlight works using WideFS - I am not using it that way but others do.

Please send me some more details about you regarding your programming experience and the way you would like to contribute.
Have a great day!
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for your reply! - I've been trying to find an email address for you but couldn't so, hopefully my reply below will suffice:

For an overview of my skills and other projects etc that I am and have been involved in can be seen on my personal homepage: http://bobbyallen.me/

In relation to this project, I feel that my personal experience with FSUIPC.net (by Paul Henty) will help and have used it to develop a few tools that integrate with FSX.

I've only really just started using Arduino's but I have previous experience of hardware integration with SOIC and PLC's and I'm sure that it will not take me long to get up to date as I fully intend on using them on my new cockpit build.

I'd be happy to contribute in whatever way you would be happy with, assuming you'd be moving the project to GitHub, I could either simply push pull-requests to help support additional Arduino boards, additional segment display drivers, LCD's etc. or be added to the project to enable me to help push updates more quickly etc. - Whatever you preferred really. I'm happy to help with the website, C# development of the product and as time goes by help with support the community on the forums once I get a better understanding of the underlying code etc.

My email address is: bobbyallen.uk@gmail.com - Feel free to drop me an email if you are interested in me helping on the project, if not, I won't be offended and just hope that you can keep this project going as I think it's a little gem :)

Kind regards,
Bobby
