Would be fun to hear what boards u use for ur Project.
I have 2560 mega..

Have tried the nano, pro without any succes.
I need a small compatible board. 2560 is to big

mobiflight no support many board, only mega 2560 and micro pro board.
maybe you need orden ardunio micro pro board if need small board. but mega have lot input pins can use more display,switch, etc.

documentation site have what board support only.

i use chinese cheap ch340 chip arduino mega board and working fine.
