Hello does anybody know if MobiFlight will work with Flight Factors 757/767?

Hi Danny,

that is not known by me. But if the developer have documentated the functions and have published a list how to manipulate the values or how to show the displays then you have a good chance.
Do not try standard functions of the FSX/P3D planes, try special functions to work with MF if you got the list.

Hello, ok so would datarefs and commands, be different than documented functions? I can find datarefs and commands.

The XPUIPC comes with a few examples in the ini file.
Take a look at the post that is linked in the Xplane get started tutorial.

It’s a little tricky to understand the logic and add your own datarefs or commands but it is possible.
