I try to change servo motor to reverse, with using compare > interpolation settings. Something like 800 - 0 | 0 - 800.
When I save, exit and re-launch the program, I see that my saved settings just switched with default 0 - 0 | 1024 - 1024 settings.
Same happens with 7 segment display settings. As I try to save different settings, it restarts to default on restart.

Have you also enabled the check box or do you close the dialog without the checkbox active?
I cannot try it out right now but it could be the reason.
