I understand just parts .... So lets try in english

1. Use as Header not your name.... Use description of Problem.
2. Use correct Sub Forum.... PMDG Problems go into PMDG Subfolder.

About Problem.

1. Check the List.... "Offsetmapping for PMDG 737ngx.PDF" located in SIM Folder.... e.g. c:/FSX/Modules/FSUIPC Documents

2. Do you eneable data broadcast ??

To enable the data communication output from the PMDG aircraft, you will need to open the file
737NGX_Options.ini (located in the FSX folder PMDG\PMDG 737 NGX, and add the following lines
to the end of the file:
[SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast=1

Check this

3. Check for UpToDate Versions..... PMDG must be Servicepack 1.d (DELTA) and FSUIPC also on up to date version to garantee 100% compatibility.

Do that and then all should be fine.
