Sorry my friend.... But that must be done by youreself....
We help you with problems in MF Software or to build difficult things that are not directly possible....#
BUT
Finding the NAV1 Offset is a thing of 10 seconds when you google for or you look into your "List of FSUIPC Offsetd.PDF" that is included in FSUIPC Folder !

Its by the way also shown in Mobiflight when you use the PRESET for Nav1/Nav2
Good Luck !

Ok. Thats a other fact... Would be better if you create these topic in the PMDG SubSection. Here in this Subforum i must accept you talk about a standard FSX/P3D aircraft !

PMDG ( And most other AddOns) Not have a own Radio System.... They simply use the FSX Internal System !
Whatever some elements are a bit problematic. If i remeber right in PMDG there is a "ADF Standby" . This is not simulated in FSX but it is also not possible to read the PMDG used Value cause its just a internal Variable. So you maby need some tricky system here.

To help...
1. Please use Forum Search.... Lots of topics about PMDG Radios exist already.
2. You not need to work with $+x in Standard Offsets if you not like. most of standard Offset Inputs also exist as a EventID .... But this is not listed in PMDG or in the Offsetlist of FSUIPC. Its in a own List called "The 2017 List of P3D and FSX Controlls.pdf" Its also in your FSUIPC Folder ( /modules/Fsuipc-Documents/)
Good Luck !
