I'm building a Radio panel. After programming the digit with Mobiflight, I am programming the encoder. But it makes me a strange thing the frequency does not increase or decrease by 5 but it increases and decreases by 10.
example from 110.20 does not pass to 110.25 but passes to 110.30.
Do you know where I am wrong?

to help you, I have to know your simulation and your aricraft.

If you have a standard-aircraft in FSX take the following EventIDs

To change the MHz
On Left use Event ID 65640 Parameter 0 NAV1_RADIO_WHOLE_DEC
On Right use EventID 65641 Parameter 0 NAV1_RADIO_WHOLE_INC
To change kHz
On Left use EventID 66445 Parameter 0 NAV1_RADIO_FRACT_DEC_CARRY
On Right use EventID 66446 Parameter 0 NAV1_RADIO_FRACT_INC_CARRY
If you use the CARRY-EventID you can change the last MHz-Digit if you have an Over-/Underflow from 9->0 or 9->0
To swap the NAV1-Frequencies use EventID 66448 with Parameter 0 NAV1_RADIO_SWAP

i'm using Mobiflight,
choose input: Module Mobiflight Mega
Device: Encoder decimal
input setting
(on left )
Action type: FSUIPC offset ,
use preset: Radio standby freq (kHz) decrease
Base Setting
offset =x311E
value type : Int Size in Byte 2
Mask value with : 0xFFFF v BCD mode
More options:
set value : if ($>800,$-5,1795)

Simulator FSx
Aircraft: Be 58

Please try the EventIDs I gave you in the Message above.

it's the same.... the frequency decrement of 10 unity

Does Mobiflight execute the command 1 Time or 2 Time ? Use the Logging Mode Eneable to see the "Debug String"

Possible issues:

Your configs seems good. Whatever the problem is also via EventID.... So the issue is on a other spot.

1. Double command in case of a Mobiflight Bug.
If you flash a new Firmware (or sometimes if you flash a new device) then Inputs are executed TWICE by Mobiflight. This problem occure in some systems and is solved if you restart the Arduino ( After do changes in Firmware or Devices) .... Thats why its HIGH RECOMMEND to make a RESET after every Setting Change on MEGA Board Memory !

2. Double config
Do you use also a MHZ Input Config.... And do you use it with same Encoder ( via Swap logic )
Maby you simply make a mistake here and when turning encoder BOTH Configs execute there commands in a row .... maby you got the same Value field in Both configs.... So a turning the encoder will execute 2 times the same command and increase by 5 and by 5 and you see 10 cause it happens in milliseconds !

Solution: Check the whole config ( not only the Mhz Entry) .... Use the Debug String to confirm no other thing is executed.... And make Restart of Mega if not already done !

I reinstalled Mobiflight ... now everything is fine

Nice it workes....

Bad is we can not see the problem finaly after reinstall.
maby it was just the reset.... OR You have used SIM and Mobibiflight in different "Admin" Modes....
Thats also a kind if issue in some systems.... if you run MF in Admin Mode but Sim NOT in Admin Mode then Double Commands can occure.
( Same backwards.... If Sim is Admin and MF not.).... so get shure MF and SIM are in same Mode ( Admin or NoAdmin)
