Hi guys. This is my setup using 4 led modules, in 2 pairs.

I removed 2 of the 4 digits blocks of 2 modules and soldered the pins to prototype boards and reconnected back to same socket pins, so I can split them to course /speed and heading/course.
Now what left is to install to mcp panel.

Also, there unused 3 digits left of altitude and vert speed. Maybe I will use them to display flap settings, i.e. Flap 1,2,3,4. And left, nose, right landing gears status. What do you think ?

For landing gears status. I can rewire the pins to display 1 as upper dash, 2 as middle dash, 3 as lower dash.

So if all 3 gears up, you will see ---. If all down, you will see_ _ _.

No need to rewire for landing gears status. I just cover the vertical segments of those digits and display character L for _ and number 7 for -.

Nice Work.

If you like more professional you can now use 3 Diggit Displays instad of 4 Diggit Original Blocks.... Or you can use a 5 Diggit Display for the ALT and VSpeed Parts.

About your other Ideas....

Here all is possible.... You can Use a 7 Segment in so much different Ways.... And you can Read nerly all Data from Sim.
So its possible to show Flaps Position with a Number from 0-40 (Boeing) . You can Show Brake Status, Gear and so on.

With Compare Tab you can also define some nice Systems to get special Segements light up ...
When you REWIRE the Diggits ( Note Rewire is for the hole Block .... 4 Diggit Block means ALL 4 Diggits now are rewired simmular) you can do a lot of another Stuff.

Example for your Gear Idea:
The Upper segment can be Done with "7" the Middle can be done with "4" and the Lower with "L" ( Simply Cover the Outer Segments or cut wires for that segment lines)

If you need more Input... Explane me what exact you need then i can think about.... But always Note.... With a individual Diggit for that Function its mor easy like with a Multiple Block.
Good Luck !

thatchi,

the transform line can be switched off. $*1 is the same as $. Since this is the current value and does not change, you do not need a Transform.
