Hi

ich betreibe oder habe 2 arcaze boards und 3 display driver benutzt. (ein paar bilder hier: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?showtopic=70048&p=768819)
Dann gab es Problem mit den Poti Axes und Xplane und die eine Arcaze ist immer abgestüzt und ich muste per reset die FW neu aufspielen. Nun lag das Panel
ein Jahr rum ich ich wollte nach neuer Firmware schauen und habe nun Mobiflight entdeckt. Alles neu angeschlossen und FW augespielt und es geht super.
Leider sind 2 der 3 display treiber nicht ok. Entweder ist das Display halb dunkel oder eine von den segmentanzeigen zeigt dauerhaft ein acht. Kabel und Anzeige habe ich
als Fehlerquelle ausgeschlossen.

Ich habe 6 Segmentanzeigen
2 5er für Altitude, Nav
2 4er für Transponder, Com
2 3er VS+HDG

an dem Arcaze USB Modul hängen noch diverse Schalter, rotary encoders (für VS/HDG/ALT)
und ein dual encoder mit pushbutton für FRQ ( fast alle von den 40 Stechplätzen sind belegt)

Da die Entwicklung nun nicht mehr mit Arcaze sonder mit Arduino weitergeht kann ich :

a) mit den neuen Display Driver 32 holen und die 6 Segmentanzeigen daran anschließen oder
b) mir ein Arduino Board holen und die Displays darüber betreiben. Gefühlt ist die Anzahl der Arduino pins zu wenig für 40 eingänge plus Displays oder?

Kann ich die Arcaze Segmentanzeigen weiterbenutzen und nur die Displayboards+Arcaze USB tauschen?

Das Panel / die Panels sehen ja cool aus

Wenn die Display Treiber wirklich nicht funktionieren kannst Du sie ja auch reklamieren. Frag doch mal nach.

Der Anschluss von den kompatiblen Modulen für 7-Segment-Anzeigen benötigt 3 Daten-Pins am Arduino.
Du kannst mit ein bisschen Lötaufwand die Displays meines Wissens nach weiterverwenden - der DisplayDriver 32 verwendet auch Max7219 Chips und demnach Common Cathode Displays.

Danke

ich werde mal nachfragen, obwohl die ich diese ja 2013 gekauft habe. vermutlich ist auch einfacher ein Arcaze display modul einfach dranzustecken, weil alles andere dann keiner Änderung bedarf
