Hi

We normaly not use 5 position switches....

Most users work with 12 Position switches (30°) or 8 Pos Switches (45°) .
Whatever the real switch looks like. With those 2 kind of switches you can build normaly all logics..... If Original Switch is 90° e.g. you use a 45° switch with only every 2nd detent in use.... or a 30° switch with every 3rd detent.... Also 60° can be done with a 12 detent switch.. ( and lots of other systems)

So..... Mostly a 5 Pos switch work with 30° so you buy a 12 Position switch like this ..... https://uk.farnell.com/lorlin/ck1049/switch-1-pole-12-pos-0-15a-250v/dp/1123694
And you wire only 5 detents and let the others empty..... Those switches also have a Endstop of your choice.
Good Luck !

You can search for a real "key switch" but is this needed ???
Those switches are build for real systems that need to be secured..... So Switch can only be controlled by a key.

In Your case you can simply "simulate" that.
Use a Standard Switch as i said ( limmited to 5 positions by endstop mechanic) and mount it "behind" your Panel.
Instead of a Knob on the switch you build a Zylinder on it that is fixed with the switch shaft. And in this zylinder you cut a hole.... Maby 3mmx15mm . Big and deep enough to put a "key" inside.
Then you use a old Key ( for example of your car or your livingroom door ) and you fit it in this "On Top Zylinder" .
Basicly the key not work like a key.... it is simply turning the "fake knob" .

For a more realistic feeling you can buy a complete lock system with the correct key.... Then you remove the closing mechanism so it just turn endless ..... End then you connect this turning internal element with a switch behind. Same result.
Good Luck !
