MobiFlight is open source. As a developer I could make code changes to improve MobiFlight (I have already fixed a bug).

But who gets all the donate money?

The Donate Money goes to Sebastian....
The guy who pay for the Server and provide the downloads.... The guy that spent hundrets of hours to make mobiflight possible ! The guy we all be grateful !

Myself i spent 1-2 Hrs per day to support other users here in forum and much more by personal Email requests.... Since 2 Years.
But i never think about to ask for donates

But please not understand this as critical attack..... If you think you deserve donates then simply create a Donate account at Paypal and add the link in your posting !
If the user then think you did a good job then "maby" they donate for you !

As i said in different topic....

Please get in personal contact to Sebastian.... If you already downlaod the code from the bitbucket open source plattform (you told) then you can add comments on the developer board.
Ask him for informations about donates..... And tell him what you plan to build.... Maby he wants to share infos and brainstorming.

Mobiflight realy needs new programmers that want to be a part of the project.... But we not need "lonely knights" So... talk to him, please !
