the connection ports are different which we have get could you help us about it. which is the same as the port in the software?

Without seeing the Picture i can´t give you a 100% solution....
I Also think you have some "spelling mistakes" in your Posting.

CD Pretty shure you mean CS here... In Mobiflight System it named CS .... not CD.

Solution: ( Just idea.... Not garantee for 100% correct without recheck the picture)

SO = Means D-OUT The "Output" of the Max7219 to the "NEXT" Maxchip if you use a cascade daisy chain system
SI = Means D-IN ... The Conenctor where you set to the DIN Pin you choose in Mobiflight Software
CS = Means CHIP SELECT .... Use the CS Pin you choose in Mobiflight,
SCK = Means CLOCK .... So its the line to CLK Pin on your Mega. ( Again the Pin you choose in MF)
GND = Is GROUND on Mega
VCC = Is 5V Power from Mega
