Hi,

Is is possible to put for example all configs for the fcu in a folder named fcu, to keep stuff clean inside MF ? Like each part of the cockpit has its own folder ? I have almost finished programming the jeehell fcu and I have many many outputs/inputs and sometimes when I want to work on the EFIS I get lost in the list aha.

And is it possible to "drag and drop" a row to place it wherever I want in the list ?

Thanks,
Julien

Hi Julien,

you can klick on a row header then the configs were listed alphabetical. If you name the config like EFIS_VOR or FMC_A you have a sorted list an you can find your config faster.

To make complete folders is not possible.
But you should have a look on the names of your config, they shold not be longer than 16 signs (recommendation).

Hi...

Look Up !!!!

With the hint of Stephan you only will sort your Entrys "optical" in the connector window..... This will NOT Change sequence in the mcc File !!!
That can occure finaly in Problems !!! In some cases ( like define a Readonly conditions or if you make 2 Inputs for one Button) the sequence is verry important !!!

For example in a 2 Functions for 1 Button Logic the FIRST Entry of MCC File will be executed first..... The Second will be executed after ! ....
So if you sort the Entrys alphabetical then it can occure that the second entry will be shown before the first....

Thats not a problem for the system and will work, too.... But it´s a problem if you are stilll in programminjg progress..... Cause here you must know the correct sequence all the time !

******

About your request....

Group entrys (subfolders) is not possible a.t.m.... That was a request 2 years ago and Sebastian means it will be good... Maby he can make it in the future.

Moving Entrys also would be cool..... Maby in the future possible, too ( like drag and drop)
Note: Here you can already make this working by hand !
As i said above the shown sequence is the 1:1 Sequence of the mcc file ( if you not click on Alphabetical sort)
so you can edit the mcc file with a Texteditior ( Notepad++ e.g.) ... Simply copy paste the specific entry to the position where you need it.
Just be carefully you get correct syntax !

Good Luck !
