You NOT need to delete something finaly....

Mobiflight itself save the Informations in the MCC File you create for your Project.
The Data on Arduino ( Firmware and Devices) are done by Mobiflight but can be deleted with a other sketch.

use Arduino IDE and simply use the "DELETE EEPROM" Sketch.
THAT will reset the Memory of the Board (Firmware) and normaly the device settings, too.

****
If i understand right your problem is that your config shows "orphand" Modules.... this only is written in the MCC File itself....
No Problem Finaly !
Good Luck !

I don't, know how to upload a image.

Thanks for your help. I did it, but look the picture...I've only one arduino mega with MOBIFLIGHT. And 4 arduino more connected running other sketches. I don't know why your program show 13 arduinos!, and it´s impossible to delete it with DELETE EPROM. Any idea? The problema is when I upload the firmware the program try to upload ALL the arduinos....

Best regards,

Thats normal.

Mobiflight is build to detect ALL Arduinos that are connected to your PC.... 99% of Users NOT use Arduinos external to Mobiflight.... So it is verry usefull that Mobiflight flash the firmware automaticly to ALL Arduinos same time !

Whatever you delete the settings and Mobiflight..... It will always again see all arduinos cause they are still there !

****
Solution:
In Mobiflight /Extras/Settings/Mobi Modules you got a checkbox " Auto Install Firmware activate"
This is standard Enabled..... Simply Disable this Box.... Then Mobiflight not try to Flash firmware by itself.....
But that mean if new Firmware is released you have to install it manualy to every Arduino you use with mobiflight !
Good Luck !

Thanks again.

I know how to do that. That´s is that I´m doing now. However, the problem is that leaving ONLY connected to my PC the arduino that use MobiFlight, detect 3 arduinos???? All connected to the same PORT COM... and that, after I clear all EEPROM, install again MobiFlight , the config and with only one arduino mega connected MobiFlight show 3 arduinos connected to the same PORT COM. ¿Any idea?. I can live with that, but I will want to work clean.

Again, thanks for your help and for your time.

Best regards,
