Just to get shure....
Do you use a release Command ( Is this a Switch or a button ?? )
With Vaklue 1 you only set it to 1 ( ON) ... Without a Release command or a second Config for the Off Position (Switch) you can´t move it back to OFF.

by The Way i don´t understand your description ..... You Say Parking Brake work fine but you say Switch in Cockpit is not Moving. How can it work fine if it not work ????
Good Luck !

Ok sorry i will try to explain it better haha
1 . I use http://www.projectmagenta.com/all-fsuipc-offsets/ for offsets (is ok?)
2. I used the parking brake Offset value located there which is : 0BC8 2 Parking brake: 0=off, 32767=on so in offset 0BC8 bits:2 and on release 0 and on press 32767
Ok it worked (i use a switch ) it activates the parking brake i know it because the light of the parking brake goes red but the switch of the BOEING 738 Dont move , i use ZIBO 738 That is not a problem
3. I tried Battery Master Switch and Taxi but they dont work in press or release ( also use a switch there) they dont work , nothing happens when i move the switch i used for battery : 281C 4 Master battery switch (1=On, 0=Off) So for offset 281C bits 4 and On pres 1 On Release 0 , but it dont works .
Now the question is , if you or someone use Xplane11 What offsets do you use to make these thinks work , like EventIDs they are awesome and all works with EventIds but i am not able to understand how this works the fsuipc and xuipc for x11 , what offsets i need to use and values ?

Yes and No.... Some of them are OK... But some others maby only for Project Magenta ( this is a AddOn Aircraft for FSX/P3D)
In your case you need the List WHAT Offsets are supported by XPUIPC ( Cause you not realy use FSUIPC )
I know thoses Lists are Hard to find. Maby the best Solution is the FSUIPC List itself. You can get it from Pete Dawsons Page http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html
Here is a older XPUIPC List.... https://flightx.net/index.php?attachment/5576-xpuipc-offsets-26-11-15-pdf/&s=693f5b133880a0b5b5a656c4aa1de5ef410fc8cb

Now we came closer to the problem i think !

First to prevent confusion in the future..... You talk about BITS but this are BYTES ..... Verry Different ! ( But i think you set it right and ONLY use the wrong name here )

Second... EventID are not posible in XPalne i think. I don´t test it without having XP11 but Sebastian told that and he is verry advanced there.
BUT. We don´t need them at all.... We just can use Offset Vallues like you already know and test out,

Third... the Problem: I not understand what you mean with ZIBO737... Now i google and see this is a AddOn !
AddOn Aircrafts mostly NOT WORK with standard stuff. MABY This too.

For Example in PMDG for FSX you can use WheelChocks if Aircraft is parking..... THIS is shown with red Text like ParkingBRake is set.... BUT The Brake Switch is OFF already cause we not set the brake itself. Maby youre Aircraft work simmular... You Set the Internal Brake with the Offset... BUT the Switch in ZIBO got a own Offset we not know already.

So please make a Test for me....
Use your Configs for ParkingBrake, Master Battery and Taxi BUT Open a standard Aircraft from XP11 NOT a AddOn !
Report if everything is fine there.... Then the Problem is youre AddOn needs a own logic and we have to find out !
Good Luck !
