Youre explaned Situation can have different reasons.... to help you we need first find out whats the problem is .

Do you mean the Display increase always by the same value even how fast you turn
For Example youre Heading increase always by 1 180-181-182 BUT you like it should increase by maby 10 if you turn faster 180-190-200 ????

OR do you only mean the problem is it increase for example maby 5 times per second..... Even if you turn slow or fast.

OR Do you mean the Display increase good while turning slow BUT stopping increasing when you turn fast.


Please describe exact what happen if you turn slow and fast.....
And please tell me for better understanding . What Plane is used ( Addon ???) And give me all Data you use in the Config ( Offset, EventID, Value, What fields ( On Left On Left Fast and so on )

Sorry for the late reply as I just arrive from out town. I use pmdg 737 and the config using pmdg event id 70022 for heading. I did not input any value on fast left or fast right..

OK. That sounds ok.

Problem on PMDG is that they not support a real "on Fast" EventID. so the only way is to use one command for Left and right....

BUT it looks like a fast row of commands occur in a multible input.... On my System a faster ( or permanent) turning increase/decrease the value faster like normal 1 Step by detent of encoder.

Please confirm you use the Mousewheel Commands for the Encoder..... 8192 for Wheel Down and 16384 for wheel Up !
If not try this out if this workes better for you.

Most Problem is the wrong version of FSUIPC or PMDG.

Please confirm you got PMDG Servicepack 1d and a up to date FSUIPC version ( Not older then from 2016 )
(( These Yellow LED are coming into PMDG with SP 1d... Not availible before.))

You normaly mean this

655C ......1 BYTE ..............MAIN_LightsSelector ..............0: TEST 1: BRT 2: DIM ( Output)
EventID 69978 EVT_DSP_CPT_MASTER_LIGHTS_SWITCH

But this is a tricky part.....

PMDG normaly not support the Light Test status in the Output Offsets.....
For Example if youre FlightDirector is OFF so the LED in MCP is not lighting...... Offset for this is "0" Zero.
If you push the Light Test Button then the Offset NOT change ! Means the LED Light in the Virtual Cockpit on screen..... BUT the Offset already show the status of FD.... It´s already off so the Offset is already "0" . Means youre LED in Cockpit will not light while you use the test Button !

That means....

For Light test switch in youre HomeCokcpit you normaly NOT need the Event ID cause it make no sence to light up the "virtual" LED in the Simulator,

If you like to use this ( Push the Button and all LED in youre HomeCokpit light up) you need a high workflow... You need to build 2-3 additionoal Configs for EVERY Output in youre System.... Then you need Preconditions.

( This is already explane here in multible topics !

So Sorry to tell you but PMDG is here a little simple..... Maby a Highend Software like Prosim and Magenta for 1000$ is more detailed here. ( Don´t know i not got this)
BUT With some work and improovement you can get this working, too. But it takes time.

I have read from some topics Mobiflight concerning ProSim and Mobiflight arduino. I have question: can I use this software to be connected with Mobiflight arduino? I still confuse as some of members said OK, but some informed little bit effort.

YES. I think so. ( But note, i not own the ProSim or ProjectMagenta... so i can tell you only that what i read about and not test this myself)

To understand this basicly ...... Mobiflight comunicate with the Simulator via FSUIPC offsets. ( At the moment.... Maby in future there are more ways)
This means.... We can Readout Offsets for Outputs.... And we can Write Offsets for Inputs !

Now the Question is.... Do the AddOn Aircraft support it´s Data into Offsets AND Do the Software can scan Offsets for Inputs ?

PMDG for Example do this.... I´s got his own Range in FSUIPC. BUT It do this not 100%. For example the Status LED for the Flight Recorder is not suportet. It work internal in the PMDG Programm BUT PMDG not send this Data to FSUIPC..... So we can´t read out it with Mobiflight.
Other AddOns are much difficult... Like the Aerosoft Airbus... It work with LVar. OR Jeehell Airbus.... It worked on some Points only with SIOC.

Finaly to anwnser youre question....
If i see it right PROSIM NOT get a real Offset List when you install it. ( No List like PMDG) BUT.... It allow to set Every In or Output manualy in a Software to FSUIPC.
For Example. If you like the Flight Director LED..... Then you need to open this Software.... Search for the LED in the List.... Say this should be OUTPUT to Offset xxxx .
Then You can make a config in Mobiflight and read out the same Offset.... And All is working.

So... i would say YES... Prosim workes with Mobiflight ! But please note.... Prosim is verry Expensive. Get shure you love this hobby before you pay hundrets of Dollar for this.
You can still use youre PMDG for the fist time and swap to Prosim after a while.... the Hardware is the same. You only need to build a new Config in Mobiflight then !

For this switches we got 2 posible technics:

1. Using a ON-ON-ON Switch. ( Higher costs but needed for the Automatic synchronisation of Mobiflight.... Without you need to set thoses switches to Middle Position each time you wan´t to make a AUTO-SYNC in Mobiflight...... But this is not a MustHave.! )

If You use this ON-ON-On switches simply wire them with 3 Cables (And 1 GRD) to the Arduino and make 3 Configlines..... Every SwitchPosition got a own Pin and a Own Config. Simply use the EventID and Parameter for all 3 Positions ( eg. ADF1 - OFF - VOR1 )

2. Using the ordinary ON-OFF-ON Switches like 95% of the users do.....
Here you simply can see this switch like 2 Switchesin once with a shared OFF Position. You got two pins and cable them in 2 Slots in Arduino ( And a GRD like all switches)
Now The Upper Position is ON of Switch 1 ..... the Middle Position is OFF for both switches .... And the Lower Position is ON of Switch 2.

In Mobiflight you now create TWO Configs for that..... Config 1 use as Device the First Switch ( Pin of Upper ON Position) and do.... ON PRESS The Function of Opper ON Position (VOR) .... And ON RELEASE The Function of the Middle Position (OFF) :::::::::: The Second Config Line use as device the Second Pin ( Pin of the Lower ON Position) and do .... ON PRESS The Function of the Lower ON Position ( ADF) .... And ON RELEASE the Function of Middle Position ( OFF) ... ( Both Release Commands are the same !)

So result.... If You Push the Button Up or Down the ON PRESS Command is executed..... Of You push the Switch to the Middle Position Then The ON RELEASE Command is executed ( even if you come from Down or Up Position.... Both switches got the SAME Release Command to set the Simulator to the Middle Position.
