Hi,

FSUIPC output readings are always stuck between 0, 1, 2, 3 as I turn the rotary encoder. Is there a way to fix it?

If this is already present pls report used offset and what Plane /AddOn you use. And pls tell me exactly what you wnat to set with this encoder.
