Hi, I am configuring a CESSNA 172R of A2A and I have problems with the position of the ignition key start (it does not useful auto start) and with the altimeter encoder,
I do not find the events for that functions and i dont have FSUIPC paid
I need help?

You don't need the paid FSUIPC version.

If you have a look into the documentation of FSUIPC you will find the Offset for the Starter

0x0892, Int, 2 Byte

And the values for the positions:

Off: 0
Right: 1
Left: 2
Both: 3
Start: 4
