I'm programing the light test switch to command all related leds to lit up when the light test switch on GlareShield is in test position.

Everything was fine until i reach the mark of 30 LEDs preconditioned.

The preconditioned LEDs lit up but don't get back to normal state(OFF) after releasing the light test switch back to center.

Some few leds is flashing instead of continuous lit.

I have to end MF what is taking several more time to shut off and open it again, so the leds resets it's state.

I stopped on 30 LEDs but i need the function to work on more then 120 leds to cover the full OVH, GS and annunciator panel

Are you using an external power supply? 30x 20mA is 600mA and usually more than the chip can drive at once, especially with the power coming from the 500mA USB connection (even when using a powered hub)

Yes, i have enough power supply to power all my 11 boards, i already conducted a test where i manually drove the overhead to lit as many lights as possible and the problem doesn't appear in that sittuation, but thanks for trying to help me.

If have any other test you want me to do just say, i have no idea of what i can do to solve this issue.

Note: this is the only precondition i have in the whole config file

You mean that all light configs use the same kind of precondition?

Do you have other configs or only the ones for the light test? Maybe you have other configs that interfere with these because the other ones don't have a precondition but use an offset value. This would explain the flickering.

Maybe you better share your config to have a look at it.
Have a great day!

I have the normal config and a duplicate row with the precondition activated to obey the operation of the light test switch.

Do you think if I delete the offset from the precondition activated rows it will solve?

I will send my config here tomorrow as now I'm from my phone, thanks for your assistance

I think that you need to add a precondition to the normal row that makes sure that this row only becomes evaluated if the test button is not pushed.

HI,

same problem here. If I start the lights test almost all 70 LEDs are turnen on. But then the MFConnector crashes and the remaining LEDs of the Overhead stay off. What happens additionally: The related Arcaze USB Board is no longer recognized by Windows until I restart my PC. The Arcaze LED Driver Board is supplied by a normal PC Power supply with 12 V. Without the Lights test everything works fine. Also the test Mode (checking all LEDs subsequently) of MFCONNECTOR runs without any Problem. A undervoltage Problem due to 40 LEDS on one LED Driver Module?

Hi!

I solved the Problem of a flashing LED this way:
I accidently stimulated the LED by two Offsets (one tried to switch the LED on, the other was forcing it to off). After figuring out the wrong line in my config and correcting it the flashing was gone and all was fine.
