Help Needed! I am going nowhere with this at this point.
I have recently built (3d printed) the G-3000 (TSC) touchscreen controller for the Honda jet.
This utilizes three rotary encoders each with the push button feature and the first encoder, located on the right hand side has an inner and outer mob.
I am exclusively programming with Mobiflight and connecting through Sim Connect for Microsoft flight Simulator 2020.

As I stated, the right encoder with an inner and outer knob is meant to be used for Com 1 and Com 2 (whole and fractional) frequency changes.

Currently:
"right_outer_encoder_gtc1_DEVICE_1 is set as follows:
Input setting, On Left: Pre select of "generic aircraft", system "radio", COM_RADIO_Whole_DEC. The Preset reads "Decrement COM 1/2/3 frequency by 1 MHz. Values from 118 to 137, and this will wrap if the values go over 137".
Then, On Right, "Increment COM 1/2/3 frequency by 1 MHz. Values are from 118 to 137, and this will wrap if the values go under 118". There is no precondition or configure reference.
I followed the same process for the same device, for fractional frequency changes on the "right_inner_encoder_gtc1_DEVICE_1"
Saved, tested and it works!

I have coded both the inner and outer knobs for Com 1 whole numbers and fractional numbers and both change accordingly.

Then I copied and pasted to:
right_outer_encoder_gtc2_DEVICE_1 is set as follows: COM2_RADIO_Whole_DEC SAME AS ABOVE. and so on.

So, my issue is, I don't know what to do next as when I tune the outer knob, the whole numbers change on both Com 1 & Com 2 and the same for fractional numbers on Com1 & Com2 .
I was able to use the push button on this encoder to do the standby Freq_swap with out issue.

Q: When I push the encoder for a "short push" nothing happens, on a long push Com 1 and Com1 Standby switch, and only have their respective numbers change?
Q: What preset code do I need to use to have the Short Press switch from com1 to com 2 so they change independently?
Q: Do i need to build an output config index, to allow for 1-4 and 5-8 on:
right_outer_encoder_gtc1_DEVICE_1 and then right_inner_encoder_gtc1_DEVICE_1
right_outer_encoder_gtc2_DEVICE_1 and then right_inner_encoder_gtc2_DEVICE_1
right_outer_encoder_gtc3_DEVICE_1 and then right_inner_encoder_gtc3_DEVICE_1
right_outer_encoder_gtc4_DEVICE_1 and then right_inner_encoder_gtc4_DEVICE_1
and if so wha would that look like.

Anyone that can walk me through this process well greatly improve my understanding of codling in mobiflight as it is clearly limited at best!

Lastly: Once I have this issue resolved, I'm looking to figure out how I can make the same encoder work to change over to Nav1 and Nav 2 if possible. (5-8)
