How come Mobi reads my Arduino Leonardo as a Arduino Micro? It says firmware update failed. Also could you please tell me where to find the log file

This says that the boards you mentioned are not supported.
I think you can use the Leonardo board as a normal USB device and use their inputs in MF, but not with MF own firmware.
