Hi Everyone.

I have a strange issue here.
I've built a fire detection panel for the 737 and started to interface it with MobiFlight and a Mega Arduino. I simply added a single mom-off-mom toggle switch and a single LED to test if I had the system setup correctly. I'm using the latest revision of MobiFlight and version 11.55r2 of X-Plane.

After connecting everything I added the components using the presets in the MobiFlight menu for the Fire Suppression system/ Fire Panel Test switch. I did the same for the LED and used the debug option to make sure the devices were recognised. Then I loaded X-Plane to test it. Unfortunately X-Plane seemed not to regognise the switch or LED.

Next I loaded the latest version of the Dataref Tool to see what was happening,
This is where it gets weird, when I throw the on scree switch it shows "laminar/B738 toggle_switch/fire_test_lft" (without the quotes of course). An when I throw the physical switch the Dataref tool shows exactly the same command had been sent but the simulator does not respond at all. Also the LED does not light.

Yet if I change the same switch to the parking brake it works as expected, on off on screen, mirroring the real switch. So I deduced that the physical connections seem okay but something is not working with the connection between MobiFlight and X-Plane.

Has anyone else had this problem, or can offer any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

John.

Just an update to this question, I just tried the same test in the default 737 and it works fine, so I'm assuming it's an issue with the Zibo aircraft,.
