Helloo all,

I received a led display, 2 and 3 digits, and I need them for the cockpit to display altitude and vertical speed.
I put 3 digits in the first part of the max7219 tube, and 2 digits in the second part. The first part works fine, the second part I can't get it to work properly. I connected the 2 digit display according to the pinout I could find. Whatever I tried was no good. Does anyone have a scheme on how to connect it, or if someone knows a solution, please help me.
Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by 1st and 2nd part of 7219? And please provide a schematic of your setup.

1. you switched D1 and D2
2. you have to back track your a-g and dp wires(dp not needed though). It would be awild guess where you made the mis-wiring.
3. I wouldn't make a 'space' between segment 3 and 4. But I make my own boards any way.
