MobiFlight Community Support

Im so glad i found this software. It makes it abit easier for ppl with no programming skills so build a home cockpit.

I have been using it for a while now. And its really great.


But as the Project advance im looking forward for future updates.
Things i wonder is

- Will there will be support for Elma E37 Dual Encoder (Leobodnar has them in stock)
- Will there be any improvement regarding the encoder setup, im talking about the fast function to scroll faster in the radio for example.
- Will it be able to set the detent mode? Like leobodnar has 1-1. 1-2 etc. Depending on which encoder u have. As of right now my E37 needs two detents to move one notch. If i wire up the encoder in leobodnars joystick boards it works perfect. Im just trying to get it to work on the mobiflight, bc i want all the sim stuff on arduino =)
- Will there be support for stepper motors by default?
- Is there a possibility to build like a addon thats picked up by fsx instead of the stand alone program? Like the fsuipc addon in fsx/p3d. With its own menu inside the game.
- Will there be an auto upload of firmware function? So many times i had to do it twice bc i forgot to upload new firmware when adding Components
- Will there be support for more arduino boards? Bc the mega is so huge if u wanna build some smaller panel. And its nice to have it all integrated. Like the pro or even other boards. I orderd a 5v spark fun pro for 2weeks ago from USA but it havent still arrived so. Thats the only small board other then 2560 that works if im not mistaken. I live in Sweden so it would be nice to get small compatible boards on this side of the Atlantic =)

Last but not least.
When are we looking to see the new release from mobflight? =)

i have from Finland and i orden all parts cheap place, bangood.com or ebay, all parts coem about 3-4 week to home. long time i know but have 3-5x cheapen than if i buy europe parts.
i like lot mobiflight too and made somethink ewery day, now i has made radio panel max7219 chip board and 4 digit 7-segment + i digit 7-seg,
four board have ready now and 4 need made new too, (com,nav2)
and today i has planning my steering wheel frame, i have 2 linear rail were i add all parts, i has before leo bodnar car, wery good but this is only analog and encoder and switch wery expensive. becasue my CH produkt yoke plastic steering have SHIT, no good newer.

mobiflight have most cheapen system and easy build to arduino.
best what i see last 10 year.
only one proplem mobi have, no have analog inputs
i have last 1 month try looking what cheap card can use fsx to all analog input.
mega-joy/uno joy have good but i no can write new description only 16 analog input need.

i need 2 potentiometer at steering wheel, 2 trimm,3 throttle,mixture,prop,
2 to bedals, 2 to brake,maybe flaps ?
hmm, i no remember what more analog need, but if some can made encoder use all analog its wery good to mobi.
or encoders use trimm wheels.
or someone can help and write to me mega-joy usb-hid description only all 16 analog input hex file.
and who have experience wideview and registration code to this , ineed all 3-4 display to main pc windows and 3 display to gauges second computer, i read this is only what working many display and 2 computer.
