I have two MEGAs , haven't been using them for two weeks and suddenly now i can't use them. What can i do ? They are from Chine, but they used to work just fine.
I can update firmware only after i use Arduino IDE to erase all the info inside it, but one of them can't even be updated from IDE, it says access denied and staff

There are sometimes problems.... Badly we have no perfect solution till now whatever Megas normaly work good.

A good hint.... Change Cables.
Often a bad and poor USB Cable is the reason.

So....

1. Change port where you connect it.
If you use a Splitter/Hub try it for testing on a direct Port on Computer.

2. Change Cable.
Use a different one if you got it.

3. Remove all Pin Connections.
Also a short Circuit or a too high power usage can be the problem.
