I have made up a set of dual Rudder Pedals.
The pedals on the Pilot side are linked to the pedals on the Co-Pilot side in the usual way with a tie rod and bell cranks.
I have a mechanical attachment on the tie rod that moves a linear sliding pot.
This slider gets moved left and right by the movement of the tie rod.
The pot is connected to an Arduino Mega and to MobiFlight.
In the InputConfigWizard I have used the MSFS2020 preset that looks like this:
@ 32.0293 * 16383 - -16383 max 16383 min (>K:AXIS_RUDDER_SET)

This produces a nice, smooth response in the simulator - but it is reversed.

So I have tried inserting the magic * -1 in just about every possible position in this preset code but have had no success in reversing the output.
I have also been to https://hubhop.mobiflight.com/tools/ . There I filled out the form with my max and min values of 30 and 1010 (from the MF log) and took the generated RPN code, with the inverted values over to the MF InputConfigWizard and pasted "@ 30 - -33.4347 * 16383 + -16383 max 16383 min (>K:RUDDER_SET)" into the Preset Code text box. This produces a nice, smooth response - but it is also reversed

What am I doing wrong here?

You can do it in theory also in MF by use a transform....
But more easy is to use the HubHop Tool from Jaime.

Simply change the Input side Values as needed.... e.g. if your Poti is working from 0-1023 and its reversed then use Min 1023 Max 0 in the Tool....
Then it will generate a code that also works reversed !
Good Luck !
