This is one of the most complex things you can do.
We can not offer here a guide with all the stuff.

Get in Contact (On our DISCORD) with guys who build this, please.

About Question:
There is no "value" you can read and controll directly your Platform.
For Full motíon you need to read many many values and calculate them together with formulas.
E.g. the Pitch axis must work if you pitch up and down.... But also if you get a force from front... e.g. wind or when you reduce power of throttle.

But good news.... People already do this and can share you the needed stuff pretty sure!
