Hey All,

I'm setting up my second G1000. I'm about half way through with programming buttons (I'm using terminal pins into my Arduino board with soldered connections to buttons and encoders) when all of a sudden the buttons (I'm on the softkey row) are no longer registering. All of the other one's I've done work, but my softkeys 1-12 wont register, no matter what spot I place them in on the board and set in Mobiflight. I even took so buttons that work, such as the FD, BC, etc, plugged them into the 22-53 rows and they work. I'm having a hard time believing all 12 buttons are faulty.

Anyone have an issue like this before?

You still Confirm this is an electrical issue !

If other Buttons work an that Pins ( and that Mobiflight Device Settings)..... Ond otherwise the problematic Button also NOT work on the Pins where different Buttons still worked....
Then You know clearly its a electrical fault.

Finally i agree... That a button get broke is pretty rare ( there is no real technics inside). And that 12 Buttons in a row get broke together is nearly impossible.

Logical result.... What is the only element that these 12 Buttons share ..... YEAH The GRD
If i have to make a bet here.... I would say the GRD wire of that button row is demaged.
Simply check it with a multimeter !

I would have thought that too, but I have encoder working on both sides of G1000 and ground is daisy chained from one side to the other.

Maybe I'll start over.

Interestingly enough, the debug says "No config found for Button: Button 1 (PRESS)@" when I open Mobiflight. It will read this message for each button I have plugged in. If I unplug and plug back in, it will tell me the config is found for that particular button. However, I still have no flashing LEDs when I press the button.

Solved my problem, I'm an idiot.
