Hello again everyone,

I have been trying to get the outputs for the transponder to work so that it will display "ATC" "1" "2" and "R" but unable to find or identify the coding.

Is anybody able to help please ?

Regards,

Steve.

Hi.
On short view of HubHop the needed Preset not exist.
They are in theory listed in the FSUIPC List... So pretty sure a part of the SDK.

I expect there is ( also in FSUIPC SDK) no clean Data for that Display Text.... BUT We can pretty sure build it by using the Raw Data.

E.g. we can read the Status of ATC XPDR Swtich....
Looks like Display show 1 or 2 whatever switch is in Pos 1 or 2.
I expect also the "ATC" is Hardcoded.
While short testing in old P3D B737 i not find a situation where ATC is not light at the Display.

About a "R".... Not know when and how this "R" is happen.

Summary:
I expect we not have a Variable now or in the future who directly show the Text, but we can build it by using e.g. switch positions and so on.
With FSUIPC those are still there..... With Mobiflight Presets, Jaime must include some of them.

You can support us!
1. Try FSUIPC to define if all data is available there....
2. Tell us what Data we need.... Then we include the missing Outputs for you !
Good Luck !

UPDATE:

Jaime create the needed "raw" data Outputs for your Display.

We not know ( for now) what "R" means .
So here you must tell us what is the indication that the Display show "R"

Solution:

Step 1:
In Mobiflight you hava to go to the "Extras ---> FS2020" Tab and coose for "Update latest Events (HubHop)"
By this click you update the MF Database and the 3 new Output Presets shown above are also within MF Dropdown.

Step 2. Read the Xponder select Knob and the Mode Knob Data with 2 Own Configs.

Step 3 Include that in the Display Config!

If i understand right then Display show nothing if XPD is in Stby.... And it show the Text "ATC" and a 1 or 2 behind whatever The switch is in 1 or 2 position.

So all you need to do now is build one final config that read e.g. Transpnder Mode AND use the other Knob as a placehodler.
Then you can build a compare like " If mode is Standby then show ' ' (4 Spaces) else show 'ATC x' while x is the value of the other Knob.
So it will show nothing in Stby and it show e.g. ATC 1 or ATC 2 while in other modes.

For the "R" you need to tell us WHERE it is shown and WHEN it is shown.
Then pretty sure we can also read the relevant Indication Data and create a Logic that is work as expected!

Thank you as always for such a quick response.

I believe the "R" lights when the aircraft is hit by the interrogation signal from a ground based system. Its not critical to the display.

I will try and work this out and let you know.

Thank you again pizman82.
