dear all, recently down loaded Mobiflight and MS2020 and PMDG 737-800 but in mobiflight 1 can only see the offsets for PMDG737-700 my question is can i use these offsets also for the B738 ? or do i have to wait for an update of Mobiflight?

For Now... YES

When these Variables was build there exist no -800 that time.
And it make also no sense (to mee) to just copy/duplicate all Variables 4 times to fit finally for the meanwhile existing -600 -700 -800 and soon the -900.

More logical would be to remove the -700 Tag in case 99% of the Variables are identically for all 737 PMDG´s.
Only for the small cpouple of elements there is a difference we should provide multiple Variables tagged with e.g. "-700 Only"

Summary: Use/Try the the -700 Events and be so kind and report if one is really not working. So we can overview it once again by hand !
